AI tools are never used to make automated decisions about your care. They are supplementary tools to support efficiency and communication.

- Clinical records are stored in Halaxy, a secure health practice management system.
- Bookings are managed via Cal.com, which may store limited contact information.
- Forms and surveys completed via Google Forms are stored on Google’s servers.
- AI tools (e.g., BastionGPT) are used in line with APP requirements, with data stored securely in Australian servers where possible.
We take reasonable steps to ensure all providers use strong encryption, secure access controls, and comply with privacy regulations.
5. Where Your Data Is Sent
Some service providers store and process data outside Australia, including in the United States and the European Union.
Where personal information is disclosed overseas, we take reasonable steps to ensure the recipient complies with the Australian Privacy Principles (APP 8).

7. Children and Minors
