Here’s what the process looks like when we work together:

01. Free Consult (Optional)

You’re welcome to book a free 15-minute call to ask questions, feel out the vibe, and see if this kind of support feels right. There’s no pressure – just a conversation.

02. Choose Your Package

You can start with a one-off session or choose a 3 or 10-session package – depending on how much space and support you’re needing.

All option includes:

  • 1:1 mentoring or therapy sessions
  • Between-session support and reflective resources

3 or 10 session packages also include:

  • A digital copy of the Clarity Workbook
03. Start Where You Are

In each session, we’ll explore what feels most alive or stuck for you. There’s no pressure to have a “goal” – we’ll gently work through themes like:

  • People-pleasing, perfectionism, and emotional fatigue
  • Identity, self-worth, and boundaries
  • Reconnecting with your voice, your values, and your direction

Sessions are psychology-informed, deeply human, and always tailored to your pace.

04. Reflection & Integration

Between sessions, you’ll have optional journaling prompts, gentle check-ins, or quiet space to integrate what we explore. This is about meaningful change – not quick fixes.

Most clients leave with more self-trust, stronger boundaries, clearer choices, and a softer relationship with themselves.

Great question. Therapy is best if you’re navigating mental health concerns like anxiety, depression, trauma, or burnout and focuses in clinical treatment.

Mentoring is a more flexible space for reflection and personal growth – focused on identity, confidence, values, and mindset. If you’re not sure, we can talk it through in a consult.

Yes. My work is always grounded in trauma-informed care – meaning we move at your pace, centre your autonomy, and create a space that’s safe and respectful. You’re not expected to go anywhere you’re not ready to.

That’s up to you. Most clients choose to meet fortnightly or monthly. Packages can be used flexibly over 3–6 months, depending on your needs and energy. There’s no pressure to rush.

Not at all. You might feel stuck, overwhelmed, or unclear – or you might just be feeling the nudge to realign with what matters to you. This work is for anyone who wants to reconnect with their values, confidence, and sense of self.

Wonderful. This space is can be powerful for women who’ve done the work but still feel like something’s missing. Maybe you’re great at understanding others but still unsure how to show up for yourself. That’s what we’ll explore together.

No – Medicare rebates are not available for these services, as they are not intended as a psychological treatment.

The Personal Clarity & Confidence packages are offered as mentoring and personal development support.
