So many of us step into caring work because we want to make a difference, but over time, the constant giving can quietly take its toll.

What I’ve learned (and now teach) is that care doesn’t have to come at the cost of your wellbeing, creativity, or livelihood.

Through my mentoring and regenerative business programs, I help women and helping professionals reconnect with their values, find sustainable rhythms, and design work that actually gives back to them, their communities, and the land they live on.
